DescriptionA Worcester yellow-scale sugar bowl and cover, decorated with vase and cartouche shaped panels of exotic birds with coloured plumage and insects. It has gilt rococo borders. The cover has a gilt edged projecting rim, and has a slightly domes top with a white ground panel outlined with a gilt undulating filter enclosing insects. The knop is in the form of an applied flower with a green centre and petals with puce striations and applied green leaves.
