DescriptionA Vienna Du Paquier lobed semi-circular hanging wall vase, moulded in relief with seven fleur-de-lys and with cisele veins and fringed in iron-red. The remaining surface with stylised branches of indianische Blumen, birds and Laub -und Bandelwerk. The pierced top with a semi-circular and seventeen circular apertures in three sizes and with iron-red scrolls between. There is a lobed and fluted domed semi-circular cover similarly decorated and surmounted by an Asian man in iron-red patterned shirt and striped trousers with a dragon which he is holding by a gilt lead and the tail. The beast is decorated in brown, yellow and green.
