DescriptionSevres style dessert plate with Ornithological motif has twelve shallow lobes in the round rim. There are named birds painted in the centre and in three reserves around the rim. There are also three butterflies in the rim reserves, and the rim has matte blue overglaze ground with heavy, ornate raised gilding.
