MarkingsImpressed "MINTON" and unidentified marks, together with cipher for 1862. Number A4308 painted overglaze in orange.
DescriptionRound plate has six lobes in pairs around the rim, gilt band with inner gilt border narrow turquoise band with inner gilt border all around edge. It is hand-painted in the centre landscape scene of two seated figures under a tree with a stream, and a distant bridge and mountains in enamels.
