DescriptionMeissen dark coral-red coffee cup and saucer, painted probably by C.F. Herold, with harbour scenes in quatrefoil reserves on a coral-red ground of the cup. The saucer has a merchantman unloading at a quay within lustre, red and gilt feathery border. Both pieces have gilt scroll borders.
