DescriptionChelsea scent bottle and stopper of "Girl in a Swing" type, mounted in gilt metal. It is moulded to represent two naked Cupids distilling at a furnace, the one using bellows and the other with mortar and pestle. The upper portion of the furnace is decorated with sprigs of flowers, and the lower is painted in red bricks on a ledge. A spurt of flame at the summit forms the stopper. There is a green mound base, and the underside is concave and painted with flowers.
