Oviform on three leaf-clad paw feet raised on ivory balls, the body chased overall with scrolls and flowers on a matted ground, with animal head spout and two snake-form handles with ivory insulators, the hinged cover surmounted by a bird-form finial, one side of body engraved with a crest, the other with a coat-of-arms and motto
