DescriptionHizen miniature koro on four splayed legs with a cover. It is enamelled in the Kakiemon style, and the long sides of the body are decorated with alternating flowering prunus and bamboo. Each short side has peony sprigs, and the square rim is bordered by a red cording pattern with two square bracket handles. The pierced cover has scattered peony sprigs and surmounted with a shishi dog finial.
