DescriptionA Hausmalerei oblong octagonal sugar-bowl and cover from a Jagd service painted by Ignaz Preissler. The exterior has Laud-und-Bandelwerk in Schwarzlot and gold. They are enclosing leaping stags and a sportsman on a galloping horse running with a spear in his arms. There are also vases of fruit and hounds tearing down a stag in a lake landscape. There is a border of false stiff leaves on the cover, and the interior has scrolling foliage. The porcelain is probably Du Paquier.
