DescriptionMeissen tea bowl and saucer, decorated in the workshop of F. J. Ferner. It has continuous scenes of children playing in ruins and other buildings in iron-red, surrounded by birds and dogs and plants. It is heightened in gilding on the exterior, and is painted in underglaze-blue decoration.
