DescriptionSèvres coffee cup and saucer (gobelet litron et soucoupe). The cup is of small size with a gilded loop handle, the deep yellow ground is decorated with festoons of pink roses and rosebuds intertwined with pink and blue ribbons. It is within a white ground bands decorated with beading in gilt and black ground bands painted in polychrome enamels with garlands of mixed garden flowers. The saucer similarly decorated, with the centre with a floral spray in gilt. The borders are in gilt.
