DescriptionLarge hollow Olmec seated baby, Formative period, with hands held to the thighs of the wide spread legs with outward turned feet, arms fragmentary and leaning slightly forward. Figure has a parted mouth and incised teeth, as well as perforated pupils, earlobes, stomach, and domed coiffure. It is painted greyish-buff with areas of red pigment.
