Description'Goldchinesen', Meissen tea caddy and cover of shouldered form and hexagonal section. It is decorated in tooled gilding at the Seuter workshop with alternate chinoiserie figures standing on scroll devices. There is scrollwork enclosing trellis, and the cover has gilt-metal finial.
