DescriptionMeissen figure of a child disguised as the Italian comedian Scapino, modelled by Johann Joachim Kaendler. He is wearing a white collar and black hat, jacket, breeches and shoes. He is holding the corners of his black cape in his outstretched hands as he dances by a tree stump. The low mound base applied with colourful florettes and edged with gilt moulded scrolls.
