DescriptionMeissen figure of Harlequin with a birdcage modelled by Johann Friedrich Eberlein. He is wearing a beige hat with a blue bow, with a doublet painted on one side with playing cards and on the other with yellow, red and blue stripes. His trousers have one black and one white leg, and he is looking down at a grey and white cat, raising his right hand on which a dove is perched. He is seated beside another dove in a brown cage on a grassy mound applied with colourful flowers and green leaves. Decorated in the 19th or 20th century
